3rd Timperley Scout Hut, Lyburn Hall, was built in 1964 and is located on Brook Lane, Timperley, in Altrincham, Cheshire, close to the Navigation Road tram and train station. Our spacious hall with a wooden parquet floor, is suitable for sports clubs, children's birthday parties or celebrations of up to 50 people. We also welcome regular bookings by clubs and associations as well as one-off events.

Facilities:

Large hall measuring approximately 15m by 6.4m
Space for up to 50 people
Separate male and female toilets
Small kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities and first aid kit
Use of tables and chairs
Garage area may be used for storage by regular groups (at own risk)
Some outdoor space or off road parking
Heated with freestanding Calor gas heaters (instructions provided)
Suitable for children's birthday parties, events or regular club bookings

Cost £50 for 3 hour hire (2 hour party and set up and clear down time) for 50 people in total.

Plus a £50 good housekeeping bond. The housekeeping bond is retained if the Hut is returned in an untidy state. The £100 birthday hire fee is paid in cash to secure the date.

Please note no alcohol or bouncy castles are permitted. We do not accept 18th or 21st birthday party bookings. The Hut has a wooden parquet floor and is currently heated by Calor gas heaters (instructions provided).
